S0,(R) LOT 9 1/2" I.R., NO CAP, UP 0.2' HELD SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO DETERMINE AND MONUMENT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF THE LINE COMMON TO LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 2, VALHALLA HEIGHTS, PHASE 1 AS DESCRIBED IN THE STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 1997-15676AND THE STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 2001-3409, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS WAS THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 1 AS MEASURED BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS. FENCE CONSTRUCTION HAD DESTROYED THE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF THE LINE COMMON TO LOT 1 AND LOT 2 AS WELLAS THE MONUMENTAT THE NORTHERLY TERMINUS OF THE LINE COMMON TO LOT 8 AND LOT 9 ALL IN BLOCK 2. 1 LOCATED AND HELD THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2. 1 ESTABLISHED THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF THE LINE COMMON TO LOT 1 AND LOT 2 AT THE PROPORTIONATE DISTANCE BETWEEN SAID FOUND MONUMENTS. A SHED BUILT ON LOT 2 EXTENDS 1.2 FEETACROSS THE COMMON LINE. THE PICKET FENCE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE COMMON LINE AS SHOWN.
