NO. 1986-5177, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID LAND WERE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY SAID DEED DOCUMENT. ALL MONUMENTS FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY AS SHOWN WERE HELD UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. PER THIS SURVEY, MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF THE NORTH HALF (N1/2) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW1/4) OF SECTION 23 AND ALONG THE WEST AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES AS SHOWN. PER SAID DEED DOCUMENT, THE EXISTING FENCE CONTROLS THE BOUNDARY ALONG PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN AND SOUTHERN LINE THAT EXIST SOUTHERLY OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTH HALF (N1/2). THE EXISTING FENCE WAS TIED AND HELD FOR THIS SURVEY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW REPLACEMENT FENCE. NEW MONUMENTS WERE SET AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW FENCE WAS COMPLETED, AS SHOWN. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
