NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO LOCATE AND MONUMENT THE
BOUNDARIES OF THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER
2021-5904, LOTS 6,5,4,3, AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK 15,
RIVERSIDE, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. THE ASSESSOR MAP
AND TAX LOT IS: 17 12 29 DA 05400.
BOUNDARY ELEMENTS WERE DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTH
BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 15 WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING FOUND
MONUMENTS (E) AND (D). THE WEST AND EAST BOUNDARIES WERE
DETERMINED BY HOLDING THE LINES BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (E),
(D), AND THE CALCULATED CORNERS OF LOT 1, WHICH WERE
DETERMINED BY SINGLE PROPORTION BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (A)
AND (B), GIVING FULL MEASURE TO THE PUBLIC ALLEY AND NE DIVISION
STREET. THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY WAS DETERMINED
BY SINGLE PROPORTION ALONG THE WEST AND EAST BOUNDARIES.
THE DEED FOR THE CONSOLIDATED PROPERTY IS RECORDED AS
INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2022-36871, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL
RECORDS.
