WE WERE RETAINED BY WOODSIDE DEVELOPMENT LLC TO MONUMENT THE ADJUSTED BOUNDARY LINE
BETWEEN TAXLOT 181228DO01000 AND TAXLOT 181228DO01001 AS APPROVED BY DESCHUTES COUNTY
PLANNING DIVISION 247-21-000788-LL PER LETTER DATED MAY 6, 2022.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADJUSTMENT IS TO RELOCATE THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE TWO TAX LOTS
PER THE CLIENT'S REQUEST. TAX LOT 181228DO01000 IS LOT 14 AND A PORTION OF LOT 12, WOODSIDE
RANCH PHASE II. TAX LOT 181228DO01001 IS LOT 13 AND A PORTION OF LOT 12, WOODSIDE RANCH PHASE
II. BOTH TAX LOTS WERE PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED PER DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEY NO. CS18258 (12).
ALL MONUMENTS SHOWN AS FOUND WERE HELD TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY. MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE CORNERS OF THE ADJUSTED LINES PER THE APPROVED
