LOT 171222CB04600 AS DESCRIBED ON WARRANTY DEED RECORDED JUNE 15, 2006, INST. NO.2006-41350,
DESCHUTES COUNTY RECORDS (PER CS16948) AND TAX LOT 171222CB04700 AS DESCRIBED ON
WARRANTY DEED RECORDED JUNE 15, 2006, INST. NO.2006-41349, DESCHUTES COUNTY RECORDS
(CS16948) AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND PER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND DECISION PROJECT
NUMBER PLPLAM20220279 DATED JULY 22, 2022.
TAX LOT 4600 IS A PORTION OF LOT 5, BASALT BUSINESS PARK. TAX LOT 4700 IS A PORTION OF LOT 4,
BASALT BUSINESS PARK. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADJUSTMENT IS TO RELOCATE THE BOUNDARY LINE
BETWEEN THE TWO TAX LOTS.
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO TAXLOTS WERE RETRACED PER PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT SURVEY
CS16948(r2). THE MONUMENTS FOUND FIT THE RECORD WELL AND WERE HELD TO CONTROL THE
BOUNDARY. MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE CORNERS OF THE ADJUSTED BOUNDARY LINES AS WELL AS
THE MISSING MONUMENT ALONG REDSIDE COURT.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS
DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
