THE BASIS OF BEARING WAS THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BURNSIDEAVENUE EAST OF THIRD STREETAS MEASURED BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS. I ESTABLISHED THE HISTORICAL ( BEFORE 2021) NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BURNSIDE AVENUE EAST OF THIRD STREET BY OFFSETTING THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 40.00 FEET NORTH. I SEARCHED THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THIRD STREET NORTH OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO FRANKLIN AVENUE, BUT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY MONUMENTS. I ESTABLISHED THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THIRD STREET BETWEEN THE FOUND IRON PIPE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4, TERMINAL ADDITION AND A POINT 110.00 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 2018-022105, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. I INTERSECTED THE HISTORICAL NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BURNSIDE AVENUE EAST OF THIRD STREET WITH THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THIRD STREET TO ESTABLISH THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 2004-21448. 1 HELD THE RECORD DISTANCE ALONG THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THIRD STREET PER (R1) FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 2004-21448 TO ESTABLISH THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. I ESTABLISHED THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BURNSIDE AVENUE WEST OF THIRD STREET BETWEEN THE FOUND 3/4" IRON ROD AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 2004-68868, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. I ESTABLISHED THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYAT THE DEED DISTANCE FROM SAID FOUND 3/4" INCH IRON ROD BETWEEN SAID 3/4" IRON ROD AND THE MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 2004-68868, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. I ESTABLISHED THE SOUTH CORNER OF THE PROPERTY ON THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE OREGON TRUNK RAILROAD AT THE DEED DISTANCE AND BEARING FROM SAID MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
