TAX LOT 2100 IS COMPRISED OF LOT 34 AND A PORTION OF LOT 35 OF THE PLAT OF UPPER TERRACE, PHASE 11 (r2), WHICH IS THE RESULT OF A SUBSEQUENT PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT, DESCRIBED IN DEED 2022-27003, DESCHUTES COUNTY RECORDS, AND SHOWN PER DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEY NO. 14184 (0). MONUMENTS WERE RECOVERED AT ALL OF THE SUBJECT LOT CORNERS EXCEPT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER. ALL MONUMENTS FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY WERE HELD AS SHOWN UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD DISTANCES PER THE PLAT OF UPPER TERRACE, PHASE II, FROM FOUND MONUMENTS BETWEEN LOTS 33 AND 34 OF SAID PLAT. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
