THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO CREATE "SAP HANGARS CONDOMINIUM",
BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT B OF
DOCUMENT NO. 2017-11569, DESCHUTES COUNTY DEED RECORDS. THE BASIS OF
BEARINGS IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS) BASED ON
REAL-TIME KINEMATIC CPS MEASUREMENTS MADE USING THE OREGON DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION'S OREGON REAL TIME CPS NETWORK (ORGN). PROJECT
COORDINATES WERE DERIVED FROM PUBLISHED VALUES FOR ORGN STATION
DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION.
I HELD THE BRASS CAP MARKING THE CENTER ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 4 AS
BEING ON THE CENTERLINE OF CAMP POLK ROAD. THE RIGHT-OF-WAY MONUMENTS
WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFSET TO CENTERLINE AT THE INTERSECTION WITH SUN
RANCH DRIVE AND DIAMOND PEAK AVENUE WERE HELD TO ESTABLISH THE
CENTERLINE OF CAMP POLK ROAD. THE CENTERLINE WAS OFFSET THE RECORD
WIDTH OF 30.00 FEET PER REFERENCED PLATS AND SURVEYS.
THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF DOCUMENT NO. 2017-11569 WAS ESTABLISHED BY
HOLDING THE MONUMENT PER SURVEY NO. 18566 AT THE INTERSECTION WITH
CAMP POLK ROAD, THE MONUMENT PER SURVEY NO. 19357 AT THE
NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF DOCUMENT NO. 2017-11569, AND THE MONUMENTS
ALONG NORTHEASTERLY EXTENSION OF SAID NORTHWESTERLY LINE AT THE
CORNERS OF TRACT A, "CROSSWIND LANDINGS", DESCHUTES COUNTY PLAT
