THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MAP THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINES BETWEEN
THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT
NO.2018-45202 OF DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, AS REQUESTED BY THE
OWNER, DREW HOOD, AND AS APPROVED BY THE DESCHUTES COUNTY PLANNING
DEPARTMENT IN FILE NOS. 247-22-000427-LL AND 247-22-000428-LL. THE ADJUSTED
PROPERTY LINE PER FILE NO. 247-22-000428-LL WAS ALSO MONUMENTED PER THIS
SURVEY (FILE NO.247-22-000427-LL IS A CONSOLIDATION ONLY).
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS PER THE RECORD SURVEYS REFERENCED HEREIN, AND
THE MONUMENTS SHOWN HELD AND SET ON THIS MAP OF SURVEY. BASIS OF BEARINGS
FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE MEASURED LINE BETWEEN THE TWO HELD SURVEY
MONUMENTS SHOWN ON THIS MAP, BASED ON GNSS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON
COORDINATE REFERENCE SYSTEM, BEND-REDMOND-PRINEVILLE ZONE AND THE
NAD83(2011) EPOCH 2O10.00 DATUM REALIZATION.
TAX LOT 2100 THE EAST LINE OF PARTITION PLAT 2000-55 WAS REESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE
(ASSESSOR'S MAP #15-11-31) SOUTHEAST CORNER MONUMENT OF PARCEL 1 AND MICHAEL HOFFMAN'S RECORD
BEARING AND DISTANCE TO THE MONUMENT SET BY AUBREY PERRY IN HIS SURVEY OF
THE PLAINVIEW SCHOOL TRACT. THE EAST CORNER COMMON TO PARCELS 1 & 2 WAS
FOUND DAMAGED, AND THE TRUE POSITION OF THIS CORNER WAS PROPORTIONED USING
NORMAL METHODS. THE EXISTING MONUMENT SET BY FRED AST ALONG GIST ROAD WAS
HELD FOR A PORTION OF THE NEWLY ADJUSTED LINE BETWEEN THE TWO PLATTED
PARCELS, AS WAS THE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARCEL 2. NEW
MONUMENTS WERE SET ALONG THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE ADJUSTED LINE AS
SHOWN ON THIS SURVEY. NO UNUSUAL CONDITIONS WERE ENCOUNTERED.
