SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Daniel T. Burton, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 2248 in
the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under my direct
supervision have made a survey of the lands shown on this plat of survey
and further certify that said lands were correctly surveyed according to
State Statutes and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to reestablish the boundaries of Parcels 1
and 2 of Partition Plat No. 1980-19, Deschutes County, Oregon, described
in Warranty Deed 2003-54004. Control for this survey was based on
monuments that were found and set in said partition. Basis of bearing was
the East line of Section 10 where the East One —Quarter corner and
Northeast Section corner reference monuments were found and held. The
Northeast corner of Parcel 1 was reestablished by holding record dimensions
along said section line. Record bearing was held from said corner along with
the record curve radius on the curve on the Westerly line of Parcel 1 to
reestablish the remaining lines of the partition where monuments did not fit
well with record. 5/8" iron rods with caps marked "SCE&S" were set at the
Northeast corner of Parcel 1 and the Southeast corner of Parcel 2. Monuments
found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined map.
