BOUNDARY BETWEEN TWO TRACTS OF LAND TO ACCOMODATE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR A NEWLY
CONSTRUCTED STRUCTURE NEAR THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF HIS PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE SW1/4
SW 1 /4 OF SECTION 15.
IN OUR SURVEY, THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SMITH ROCK WAY WAS RESOLVED USING THE MONUMENTS
AND METHODS ESTABLISHED IN BERRY'S SURVEY (E). THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 15 WAS HELD
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS 2, 3, AND 4. THE ROAD CENTERLINE OF SMITH ROCK WAY WAS HELD
BETWEEN THE FOUND P.l.'S (MONUMENTS 5 AND 6) AND BY HOLDING THE RECORD RADII IN THE CURVES
PER (E). THE CENTERLINE OF SMITH ROCK WAY TO THE EAST OF THE CURVES WAS HELD BETWEEN
FOUND MONUMENTS 5 AND 4 PER (E) AND THE CENTERLINE WAS THEN OFFSET THE RECORD 30'
DISTANCE TO ESTABLISH THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE. THE NW CORNER OF THE TRACT OF LAND
