APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND PER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND DECISION PROJECT NUMBER

THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE TWO TAX LOTS WAS PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED AS SHOWN ON RECORD
OF SURVEY DONE BY THIS OFFICE, CS17563(r2). A SUBSEQUENT RETRACEMENT OF ADJUSTED PARCEL 1
WAS DONE BY THIS OFFICE AND FILED AS CS19379(r3). THE MONUMENTS ON THE EAST AND WEST ENDS
OF THE PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED LINE PER (6) WERE FOUND AND HELD AS SHOWN HEREON. THE
MONUMENT ALONG HUNNELL ROAD WAS FOUND TO BE OUT OF POSITION AS SHOWN, WHICH MATCHED
WHAT WAS SHOWN ON CS19379(r3). THE RECORD DIMENSIONS WERE HELD FOR THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY
LINE OF HUNNELL ROAD PER CS19379(r3) AND THE MONUMENT AT THE EAST END OF THE ADJUSTED LINE
WAS SET AS SHOWN.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS
DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A
TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM
CONTROL POINTS.
