POINTE" AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND PER PROJECT NUMBER PZ 20-0569, DATED OCTOBER 15, 2020.
A RECORD OF SURVEY WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS20064 (6), THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF OF WHICH FORM A PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY
BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT. MONUMENTS SHOWN ON SAID RECORD OF SURVEY WERE FOUND AND HELD.
THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THIS PLAT IS THE ONE -SIXTEENTH LINE AND IS COINCIDENT WITH THE PLATS OF WISHING WELL,
