AND A PORTION OF VACATED ALLEY FOR A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT AND CONSOLIDATION AS
APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND PER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND DECISION PROJECT NUMBERS
PLPLAM20220744 AND PLPLAM20220745.
THE EAST R/W LINE OF NE 2ND STREET WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE 2 FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG
SAID EAST R/W LINE, AS SHOWN. USING THIS ORIENTATION, RECORD DIMENSIONS PER (0), (r2) AND (r3)
WERE USED TO ESTABLISH THE LOTS IN BLOCK 25 OF RIVERSIDE (r1) BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENT
AT THE NW CORNER OF LOT 6. THE SOUTHERLY OF THE 2 FOUND MONUMENTS ON THE EAST R/W LINE WAS
NOT USED TO PROPORTION BLOCK 25, IN THE SAME MANNER AS (r3) WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SOUTH
PORTION OF BLOCK 25.
THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY DID NOT FIT THE
RECORD DIMENSIONS WELL BUT WAS HELD BY EATON IN (r2) AND BY ODOT PER (r4) AND THEREFORE HELD
FOR THE CORNER THIS SURVEY. THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 4 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE RECORD
DIMENSIONS PER (r1) AND (r2).
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS
DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A
TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM
CONTROL POINTS.
