hereby certif y that I have made a survey of the
Lands shown on this plat of survey and
f urther certif y that said lands were correctly
surveyed according to State Statutes and the rules
of Common Law,
SURVEYORS NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to monument the
corners of the adjusted line described in deeds
2022-331260 & 2018-44865. I calculated the South
corner common to tots 6 & 7 by performing a
distance -distance intersect between points 1003 &
1005. The calculated positions along the curve where
determined by single proportion between points 1005
and the calculated SW corner of Lot 6, I then set
monuments 22.00' from calculated SW corner of Lot 6
position N14°15'09"W, and along a curve with a radius
of 175,00".
1007- HELD Monuments were held as noted,
found 3/4" ID IP
All monuments were from CS 09267 unless otherwise
1008 noted.
