THE PURPOSE OF THIS PARTITION IS TO CREATE PARCELS 1 & 2 ALONG WITH CONSOLIDATION OF PARCELS WITHIN SECTION 21, AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND DECISION FOR PROJECT NO.
