Control for this survey was based on the referenced surveys hereon this survey map, the above mentioned deed, and existing monuments found during the course of this survey. Basis of bearings is the Center Section line of Section 8, being North 89°34'18" East (Bend -Redmond -Prineville Zone - Oregon Coordinate Reference System- OCRS) as shown hereon this survey map. Basis of Bearings determined by RTK (Real Time Kinematic) observation from the Oregon Real Time GNSS Network. held monuments set per (R3) and (R4) surveys to establish the North line of said subject property. I held elements of the deed per (D2) from the East 1/4 corner to establish the Southeast corner of subject property at the centerline of White Rock Loop (Harper Road). This distance fit well with Raymond Oman's call to the found (R1) monument in his (R7) survey. The East line was then the result of that held position and the found Northeast corner of subject property. I held the center section line offset call of 42.00 feet to establish the West line of said subject property. I held the 20.00 foot centerline offset of Harper Road of the center section line to establish the South boundary line of said subject property East of the Center 1/4 corner of Section 8. 1 established the South boundary line of said subject property, West of the Center 1/4 corner of Section 8, by holding record (R3) data. George Colvin filed a correction survey (CS01759) for his work in his previous survey (CS01758). However, Colvin did not set new monuments in the later correction survey, only referenced his monuments from the original survey using directional calls. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
