FOUND MONUMENTS 101 - 104, PER REFERENCES (A) AND (B). FOUND MONUMENT 101 WAS NOT HELD AS THE
RECALCULATED POINT OF CURVATURE FOR CHOCTAW ROAD PER REFERENCE (B), AS OUR RESEARCH WAS UNABLE TO FIND
DOCUMENTATION FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE RE -ALIGNMENT. SAID POINT OF CURVATURE WAS HELD AT THE RECORD
DISTANCE FROM FOUND MONUMENT 104 PER REFERENCE (A).
THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOTS 74 THROUGH 77, PER REFERENCE (A), WAS CALCULATED BY HOLDING A LINE
PARALLEL TO AND 250.00 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF SAID CALCULATED BEST FIT LINE. SAID PARALLEL LINE WAS EXTENDED
NORTHEASTERLY FROM THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 75 BY THE RECORD DISTANCE PER REFERENCE (A).
SIDELINES OF SAID LOTS 74 THROUGH 77 WERE ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS AND CALCULATED CORNER
POSITIONS AS SHOWN HEREON.
THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED AT THE DIRECTION OF OUR CLIENT.
108 THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS) ALONG THE LOT LINE
COMMON TO LOTS 75 AND 76 BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS 104 AND 106, BEING NORTH 59'16'33" WEST. SAID BASIS OF
BEARINGS WAS ESTABLISHED BY RTK OBSERVATIONS, UTILIZING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND
DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION, AT TWO CONTROL POINTS TO ESTABLISH A BASELINE FOR PERFORMING A CLOSED
TRAVERSE.
