THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF ADAM PETERSON.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE CORNERS OF THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED 2022-38163, DESCHUTES COUNTY
OFFICIAL RECORDS, BEING THE SOUTH HALF OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 41, CENTER
ADDITION, RECORDED IN DESCHUTES COUNTY PLAT CABINET A-14 (CS06189),
HEREON REFERRED TO AS SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE NW CORNER OF BLOCK 41, CENTER ADDITION WAS CALCULATED BY
DISTANCE -DISTANCE INTERSECTION FROM THE SW CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY
AND THE NE CORNER OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED
2020-55669, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, AND BY HOLDING RECORD
RIGHT OF WAY DIMENSIONS FOR NE 6TH ST.
THE NW CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE PROPORTION
FROM THE CALCULATED NW CORNER OF SAID BLOCK 41 TO THE SW CORNER OF
SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE SE CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS CALCULATED BY SINGLE PROPORTION
FROM THE SW CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY TO A POINT ON THE CALCULATED
NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 41, CENTER ADDITION, BY
HOLDING RECORD PLATTED ALLEY DIMENSIONS FROM THE NE CORNER OF THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED 2009-11899,
DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS.
THE NE CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY DISTANCE -DISTANCE
INTERSECTION FROM THE CALCULATED SE CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY AND THE
CALCULATED NW CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED UPON THE LINE FROM THE NW
CORNER OF LOT 16, BLOCK 41, CENTER ADDITION TO THE NE CORNER OF THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED 2009-11899,
DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS.
ALL MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREIN WERE HELD FOR THIS SURVEY. CORRESPONDING
