THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THOSE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 5 IN
STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED JUNE 9, 2020 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2020-26612 AND AS EXHIBIT C IN STATUTORY BARGAIN AND
SALE DEED RECORDED JUNE 29, 2022, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2022-25828.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 84058'48" WEST BETWEEN THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE POINT OF CURVATURE ON THE
NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF SKYLINERS ROAD AND THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARCEL 1, PARTITION PLAT 2007-83 AS
SHOWN ON (R3).
THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SKYLINERS ROAD WAS WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD RADIUS AND FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R1)
AND (R2).
THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN SAID DEEDS WAS PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THIS FIRM IN (R3). RECORD COURSES OF SAID DEEDS
AND THE MONUMENT FOUND ON THE SOUTH LINE OF ADJUSTED TRACT C OF THE PLAT "TREE FARM" WERE HELD.
THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINES WERE PLACED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE OWNER GENERALLY FOLLOWING PLANNED FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.
MONUMENTS WERE NOT SET ALONG THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE PER ORS 92.060(8).
