THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 84058'48" WEST BETWEEN THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE POINT OF CURVATURE ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF SKYLINERS ROAD AND THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARCEL 1, PARTITION PLAT 2007-83 AS SHOWN ON (R3). THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SKYLINERS ROAD WAS WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD RADIUS AND FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R1) AND (R2). THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN SAID DEEDS WAS PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THIS FIRM IN (R3). RECORD COURSES OF SAID DEEDS AND THE MONUMENT FOUND ON THE SOUTH LINE OF ADJUSTED TRACT C OF THE PLAT "TREE FARM" WERE HELD.
