SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Kevin James Blakley, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No.
69432 in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under
my direct supervision have made a survey of the lands shown on this
plat of survey and further certify that said lands were correctly
surveyed according to State Statutes and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to consolidate Lots 18 and 19,
Newberry Business Park, City of La Pine, Deschutes County, Oregon, into
one tax parcel. Control for this survey was based on the plat of
Newberry Business Park, recorded as CS14814, and existing monuments
found during the course of this survey from said survey plat. Basis of
bearings is the North line of Lots 18 and 19, being South 89°21'01"
East (Bend —Klamath Falls Zone — Oregon Coordinate Reference System—
OCRS) as shown hereon this survey map. Basis of Bearings determined
by RTK (Real Time Kinematic) observation from the Oregon Real Time
GNSS Network. All boundary lines were established by holding all record
monuments, except for the North corner common to Lots 18 and 19,
which was disturbed, and said corner was re—established by
proportionate measurement between the Northwest corner of Lot 18 and
the Northeast corner of Lot 19. No monuments were set during the
course of this survey.
