WE WERE EMPLOYED BY BEND METROPOLITAN PARK
AND RECREATION DISTRICT TO ADJUST THE
BOUNDARIES OF LOT 6, BLOCK 14 AND LOTS 1, 2,
AND 4, BLOCK 15, WOODRIVER VILLAGE BY
PREPARING A SUBDIVISION PLAT RETRACING THE
PROPERTY CONFIGURATIONS PROPOSED BY THE LOT
LINE ADJUSTMENTS FILED WITH THE COUNTY
SURVEYOR AS CS 12921 AND CS 13062 FOR WHICH
PORTIONS OF WOODRIVER VILLAGE COMMON AREA
WERE PROPOSED TO BE CONVEYED TO ADJACENT
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS, ALTHOUGH FAILED
TO RECORD DEEDS.
THE BOUNDARY OF THIS PLAT INCLUDES SAID LOTS
AND A PORTION OF THE COMMON AREA OF
WOODRIVER VILLAGE.
THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ASHWOOD
DRIVE WAS DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT FOUND MONUMENT (Q) A CURVE
WAS DRAWN THROUGH FOUND MONUMENT (0),
HOLDING RECORD RADIUS PER (2), AND
CONTINUING A RECORD DISTANCE OF 21.07 FEET

CURVE, A LINE WAS DRAWN TO A POINT 40.00
