Surveyor No. 88575 in the State of Oregon, do hereby
certif y that I have made a survey of the lands shown on
this plat of survey and f urther certif y that said lands
were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes
and the rules of Common Law.
SURVEYORS NARRATIVE;
The purpose of this survey was to reset the missing
back property corner common to lots 10 & 11.
I calculated a distance -distance intersection between
points 1001, 1002, & 1003 using record distances. I then
adjusted said distances by a modified 3 point control
solution.
Monuments were held as noted.
Monument set this survey were set March 23, 2023.
BASIS OF BEARING:
Was determined by measuring between points 1001 and 1002,
being South 25'01'42" East.
Basis of Bearings Determined By RTK (Real Time Kinematic)
Observation From an IMAX-GNSS Solution From the Oregon
Real Time GNSS Network (❑RGN).
The coordinate system used f or this survey was the
Oregon Coordinate Reference System (❑CRS) Bend -Klamath
Falls Zone,m NAD 83 (2011) EPOCH 2O10,0000,
