711-22-000162-PLNG (LLA). RECORD SURVEYS INCLUDED PARTITION PLAT NO. 2004-70
(CS16062), REDMOND RETAIL PARK, PHASE I (CS16874) AND REDMOND RETAIL PARK, PHASE 11
(CS17536). RECORD DEEDS USED FOR THIS SURVEY WERE INSTRUMENT NO. 2021-32764 AND
INSTRUMENT NO. 2021-32943.
RECORD MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AND HELD AS INDICATED HEREON. A MONUMENT, FOUND AT
THE NE CORNER OF LOT 4, SET PER PARTITION PLAT NO. 2004-70, WAS NOT HELD BY
REDMOND RETAIL PARK, PHASES i AND II HOWEVER THIS SURVEY FOUND IT TO BE WITHIN
REASON OF RECORD PARTITION PLAT NO. 2004-70 POSITION. NEITHER SUBDIVISION PLAT SET
A NEW MONUMENT SO FOR THOSE REASONS I HELD THE EXISTING MONUMENT DURING THIS
SURVEY. AT THE SW CORNER OF LOT 4 1 FOUND A CONCRETE FORM STAKE VERY NEAR THE
RECORD POSITION. NOTHING WAS REQUIRED OR SET BY THIS SURVEY AT THAT LOCATION.
THE ADJUSTMENT AND RESULTING PARCEL PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS WERE THEN PREPARED.
DEEDS WERE RECORDED TO PERFECT THE ADJUSTMENT AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2023-07185 AND
INSTRUMENT NO. 2023-07186.
