THE BASIS OF BEARINGS WAS THE WEST LINE OF LOT 11, BLOCK 5AS MEASURED BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS. ESTABLISHED THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10 BY HOLDING THE RECORD BEARING AND DISTANCE PER (R3) FROM THE FOUND 112"IRON ROD AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11. ESTABLISHED THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10 BY HOLDING THE RECORD BEARING AND DISTANCE PER (R3) FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11. ESTABLISHED THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11 N 00005'27" W, 0.23 FEET FROM THE FOUND REBAR AND CAP STAMPED 12 2527" ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 11.
