I HELD THE ME T ES AND BOUNDS CALLS FROM THE DESCRIPTION IN THE DEED AND FOUND MONUMENTS TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PARCELS. I FOUND NO GAPS OR OVERLAPS BETWEEN THE SUBJECT PARCELS AND THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES IN THE DEED DESCRIPTIONS RECORDED IN THE DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. THERE HAS BEEN EXTENSIVE FENCING IN THIS AREA. I SEARCHED THE ENTIRE WEST LINE OF CLOUD 9 ESTATES FOR LOT CORNERS AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN DESTROYED BY THE FENCING ALONG SAID WEST LINE.
