SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO DETERMINE AND MONUMENT THE BOUNDARY
OF PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 2 AS DESCRIBED IN THE STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 2020-71386, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS WAS THE NORTH LINE OF MINOR LAND PARTITION 89-29AS
MEASURED BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS.
I HELD THE ME T ES AND BOUNDS CALLS FROM THE DESCRIPTION IN THE DEED AND
FOUND MONUMENTS TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PARCELS. I FOUND
NO GAPS OR OVERLAPS BETWEEN THE SUBJECT PARCELS AND THE ADJOINING
PROPERTIES IN THE DEED DESCRIPTIONS RECORDED IN THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
OFFICIAL RECORDS.
THERE HAS BEEN EXTENSIVE FENCING IN THIS AREA. I SEARCHED THE ENTIRE WEST
LINE OF CLOUD 9 ESTATES FOR LOT CORNERS AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN DESTROYED BY
THE FENCING ALONG SAID WEST LINE. I SEARCHED THE SOUTH LINE OF CLOUD 9
ESTATES EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13 AND ALL CORNERS WERE
MISSING.
