AND COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AND FOR UNRESTRICTED INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AFFECTED PROPERTIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF
INSTALLING, REPAIRING, TESTING, MAINTAINING, AND REPLACING THE UTILITIES AND RELATED FACILITIES. THE PUE SHALL BE
NON-EXCLUSIVE EXCEPT THAT THE CITY AND UTILITIES SHALL HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, MAINTAIN

SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO REPLAT LOTS 13, 14, 15, 16, COMMON AREAS 2
AND 3, AND EASEMENTS AS SHOWN IN THE PLAT OF BASECAMP PHASES TWO AND
THREE (R1). THE INTENT OF THE PLAT OF BASECAMP PHASES TWO AND THREE (R1)
WAS TO HAVE THE LOT LINES FALL IN THE CENTER OF THE WALL BETWEEN THE
TOWNHOME UNITS LOCATED ON LOTS 13, 14, 15 AND 16 AND THE SOUTH AND NORTH
WALLS OF THE TOWNHOME UNIT LOCATED ON SAID LOTS 13 AND 16 TO FALL ALONG
THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 13 AND THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16. THE TOWNHOMES
WERE CONSTRUCTED 9 INCHES FROM AND PARALLEL TO THE PLATTED PROPERTY LINES.
THIS REPLAT WILL RECONFIGURE THE LOT LINES TO MATCH UP WITH THE TOWNHOMES
AS CONSTRUCTED AND RECONFIGURE THE EASEMENTS FROM THE PLAT OF BASECAMP
PHASES TWO AND THREE TO MATCH UP WITH THE REPLATTED LOTS AND COMMON
AREAS.
MONUMENTS FOUND OR SET FIT WITH THE RECORDED PLAT OF BASECAMP PHASES TWO
AND THREE AND WERE HELD AS SHOWN. ALL MONUMENTS SET DURING THE COURSE
OF THIS REPLAT ARE AS SHOWN.
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON
COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE
STATIONS (INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS) WITH
TOPCON HIPER GPS. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS POINTS USING PUBLISHED
COORDINATES. THE DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION USES A MOLODENKSY
TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
