THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DOCUMENT TWO LOT CONSOLIDATIONS AND A LOT
LINE ADJUSTMENT AMONG THE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBERS
2020-65941 AND 2018-28035 PER CITY OF LA PINE FILE NUMBERS 07LLA-21,
08LLA-21, AND 09LLA-21. SAID PROPERTIES BEING TAXLOTS 221014BC01800,
221014BCO2000, 221014BCO2101, AND 221014BCO2002.
SAID PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED WITHIN GOVERNMENT LOTS 22, 24, AND 25. THE DEEDS
DESCRIBE THE PROPERTIES, ALONG WITH ADJACENT TAXLOTS 221014BCO2001 AND
221014BCO2100, AS PORTIONS OF THESE GOVERNMENT LOTS. THE FOLLOWING NARRATIVE
REFERS TO THE GOVERNMENT LOT BOUNDARIES AFTER HOLDING THE RIGHT OF WAY OF
BONNIE WAY AND FINLEY BUTTE ROAD.
THE NORTHERNMOST BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOTS 24 AND 22 WAS DETERMINED AS
THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (A) AND (B). THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
GOVERNMENT LOT 22 WAS DETERMINED THROUGH PROPORTION ALONG SAID LINE.
THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOTS 24 AND 25 WAS DETERMINED AS A
LINE 60.00 FEET NORTHERLY, WHEN MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LINE BETWEEN
FOUND MONUMENTS (D) AND (E) TO HOLD RECORD RIGHT OF WAY WIDTH OF FINLEY
BUTTE ROAD.
THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOT 24 WAS DETERMINED AS THE LINE
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (A) AND (E) AND HOLDING FULL 60.00 FOOT RIGHT OF
WAY OF FINLEY BUTTE ROAD.
THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOTS 22 AND 25 WAS DETERMINED AS THE
LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (B) AND (C) AND THE PROLONGATION THEREOF TO
THE CALCULATED NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FINLEY BUTTE ROAD
THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOT 25 WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING THE
BEARING OF THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOT 24 FROM THE CENTER OF
THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (D) AND (E), WITH A LENGTH DETERMINED
THROUGH PROPORTION BY CALCULATING THE EXTENSION OF SAID WESTERLY LINE OF LOT
25 NORTH TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOT 22 PER [2].
THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF GOVERNMENT LOT 22 WAS DETERMINED AS A LINE FROM
FOUND MONUMENT (C) TO THE PREVIOUSLY CALCULATED NORTHWEST CORNER OF
GOVERNMENT LOT 25, AND THE EXTENSION THEREOF TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE
