THE ADJUSTMENTS WERE APPROVED BY CITY OF SISTERS PLANNING FILES LLA 22-03 AND LLA 23-04. RECORD SURVEYS INCLUDED LOE BROTHERS TOWN N' COUNTRY SECOND ADDITION (CS08004), CS00513 AND PARTITION PLAT NO. 1994-11 (CS 11774). EXCEPTING THE SOUTH AND WEST BOUNDARIES OF PARCEL 3 FROM PARTITION PLAT NO. 1994-11, ALL BOUNDARIES OF THE ORIGINAL TRACTS WERE CONTROLLED BY FOUND MONUMENTS PER SAID PARTITION PLAT.
