"DRY CANYON, PHASE 3 NORTH" AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF REDMOND PER ORDINANCE NO.2017-11, DATED OCTOBER 24,
2017.
A RECORD OF SURVEY (PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT) WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES
COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS20649 (r2) IN OCTOBER OF 2021. THE PLAT OF "DRY CANYON, PHASE 2 NORTH" WAS
PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS20913 (r3) IN SEPTEMBER
OF 2022. THE BOUNDARIES OF A PORTION OF SAID RECORD OF SURVEY AND "DRY CANYON, PHASE 2 NORTH" WERE
RETRACED AND FORM THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT.
THE INTERIOR LOT LINES WERE MONUMENTED PER THIS PLAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE REFERENCED APPROVAL.
