I, Clinton Stephen Ward, a Registered Prof essional Land
Surveyor No. 88575 in the State of Oregon, do hereby
certif y that I have made a survey of the lands shown on
this plat of survey and f urther certif y that said lands
were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes
and the rules of Common Law.
SURVEYORS NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to reset the Missing
property corners of Lot 6, Block 2,
A search along the South side of Cinder Lane resulted in
the f ound monuments 1001 and 1002. At point 1006 I f ound
newer water meter boxes at the calculated position, I
f ound a 5/8" IR a couple of f eet f rom said calculated
position tying on the ground and badly bent. I held
monuments 1001 and 1002 and drew the record bearing and
distances between, I then rotated the 2 lines into
position and determined the difference. I then used the
olif f erence to single proportion between said f ound
monuments and set monuments 201 and 202,
Point 203 was determined by single proportion between
points 1004 and 1005,
Monuments were held as noted.
Monuments set this survey were set June 30, 2023
