THE PURPOSE OF THIS OREGON CORNER RESTORATION RECORD WAS TO INSTALL A MONUMENT
WELL AND TO RESET AND REFERENCE THE 1/4 CORNER IN PREPARATION FOR THE RE -PAVING OF
DICKEY ROAD.

DESCRIPTION OF CORNER EVIDENCE FOUND:
FOUND 2-1/7 BRASS CAP STAMPED AS SHOWN ABOVE, INSIDE 4" IRON PIPE 2-3' BELOWASPHALT IN
THE SOUTHBOUND TRAVEL LANE OF DICKEY ROAD, FROM WHICH:
1. FOUND NAIL AND WASHER INSCRIBED "LS 2033" IN SW FACE 18" DIAMETER JUNIPER UP 25'
FROM GROUND, BEARS N29055'E, 49.76 (RECORD N340E 49.78% O.C.R.R. 0952).
2. FOUND NAIL AND WASHER INSCRIBED "LS 2033" IN SE FACE 16" DIAMETER DOUBLE JUNIPER UP
3.5' FROM GROUND, BEARS N41014'W, 59.25' (RECORD N440W 59.3(Y, O.C.R.R. 0952)
FOUND HEALED BLAZE ON NORTH FACE UP 4.5' FROM GROUND, (N420W 59.61', D.C.R.D. 290)
