POSITION SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE: - - - - - I, Robin Michael Tye, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 65719 in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under my direct supervision have made a survey of the lands shown on this plat of survey and further certify that said lands were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes and the Rules of Common Law. SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust and monument the common lines between Tracts of land, Located in the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 17 South, Range 12 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, described -in Document NO. 2017-026991. The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found at the Northeast corner of Section 8 and North 1/4 corner of section 8 per (R1,R2). Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. The North corners of said tracts of land were determined by proportionate distances along the North Section line. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey except as noted. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
