NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY THE CITY OF REDMOND TO PERFORM A SERIES OF ADJUSTMENTS TO
CONSOLIDATE 3 TRACTS AND TO ADJUST THE LOT LINES OF THE REMAINING TWO TRACTS IN PREPARATION
FOR A FUTURE ROAD DEDICATION.
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF (L) (TAX LOT 600) WAS CALCULATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SW SALMON AVENUE AND THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE WEST BOUNDARY
OF (J) (TAX LOT 500) FORMED BY HELD MONUMENTS SHOWN IN REFERENCE SURVEYS (E) AND (F).
THE CALCULATED POSITIONS ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SITE, WHICH WERE DESTROYED BY
CONSTRUCTION, WERE PROPORTIONED ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID CALCULATED NW
CORNER PER (L) AND THE MONUMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF PARCEL 1, PP 1992-30 (D),
WHICH WAS HELD FOR THE EAST LINE OF THE SITE, BUT LIES NORTH OF THE CALCULATED LINE AS
SHOWN. THE CALCULATED MONUMENTS WERE HELD AT A RECORD DISTANCE OF 30.00' FROM THE NORTH
LINE OF THE NW1/4 SW1/4 OF SECTION 21, WHICH IS ALSO THE CENTERLINE OF SW SALMON AVENUE.
THE MONUMENTS ALONG THE EAST, SOUTH, AND WEST LINES WERE HELD AS SHOWN.
DESCRIPTIONS OF TRANSFER PARCELS AND ADJUSTED TRACTS IN ALL 3 ADJUSTMENTS WERE PREPARED,
AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN AT THE BOUNDARY CORNERS AND AT THE NEWLY CREATED LINES.
THE BEARINGS OF THIS SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE NW 1/4 SW 1/4 OF SECTION 21
