CS15942(r1) IN JUNE OF 2004. THIS PARTITION PLAT IS A REPLAT OF LOT 11, AWBREY POINT. THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF
SAID AWBREY POINT WERE RETRACED AND MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AND HELD AS SHOWN HEREON.
