IN OUR SURVEY, THE NORTH LINES OF PARCELS 1 AND 3 WERE HELD BETWEEN THE FOUND MONUMENTATION OF THE SOUTH 1/16 AND THE SOUTHWEST 1/16 CORNERS OF SECTION 19. THE EAST AND SOUTH BOUNDARIES OF PARCEL 3 WERE HELD PER THE FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (E). MONUMENTS FOUND NEAR THE CENTERLINE OF GERKING MARKET ROAD ALONG THE WEST SECTION LINE PER (E), AS WELL AS THE RECOVERED SOUTH 1/16 CORNER, ALL FELL ON THE WEST SECTION LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, FURTHER CONFIRMING THE WEST LINE OF THE ORIGINAL PLAT (C). THE LINE COMMON TO PARCELS 1 AND 3 WAS ADJUSTED TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING FENCE AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE INTERSECTION WITH THE RESOLVED NORTH LINE AND THE EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF PARCEL 3 AS SHOWN. SURVEY DATE: JUNE 20, 2023 TRANSFER PARCEL COMMENCING AT A 1 /2" IRON ROD MONUMENTING THE SOUTH 1116 CORNER OF SECTION 19, WHICH BEARS N00' 10'31 "E, 1318.15 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 19; THENCE S89'37'50"E ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF MAJOR PARTITION NO.
