DESCRIPTION OF CORNER EVIDENCE FOUND: FOUND 3-1/4" ALUMINUM CAP ON 5/8" IRON ROD PER OCRR. 2007, AS SHOWN IN DETAIL ABOVE, IN STANDARD MONUMENT WELL, FROM WHICH: 1. FOUND MAG NAIL WITH A 1-1/2" ALUMINUM WASHER MARKED "DOWL RP", UP 2.0 FEET IN THE WEST FACE OF A 24" DIAMETER JUNIPER TREE, BEARS N03041'30"E 35.64' (RECORD N03040'35"E, 35.64' PER OCRR 2007). 2. FOUND 30 MM COPPER DISC IN CONCRETE SIDEWALK, STAMPED "DOWL RP", BEARS S45025'30"W, 66.00' (RECORD S45025'36'W, 66.00' PER OCRR 2007). 3. FOUND 30 MM COPPER DISC IN TOP OF CONCRETE HEADWALL OF IRRIGATION CANAL OUTLET, STAMPED "DOWL RP", BEARS N40004'00'W, 38.93' (RECORD N40004'40'W, 38.93' PER OCRR 2007). DESCRIPTION OF MONUMENTS AND ACCESSORIES ESTABLISHED: THE FOUND 3-1/4" ALUMINUM CAP MONUMENT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND AGREED WITH EXISTING REFERENCES AND THE POSITION AGREED WITH THE PUBLISHED HORIZONTAL COCS COORDINATES. LEFT CORNER MONUMENT AS IS, FROM WHICH: 4. SET A 1-1/8" DIAMETER BRASS MARKER WITH ANCHORING PLUG, MARKED "DCSO RP", IN SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FIRE HYDRANT CONCRETE PAD, BEARS S34045'30"E, 37.70', FLUSH. NOTE: BEARINGS MEASURED TO THE NEAREST ONE-HALF MINUTE (30 SECONDS) BY GPS AND TOTAL STATION.
