THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PARTITION THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED
IN THE "SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON
THE DEEDS, DOCUMENT NO. 2007-13645 AND DOCUMENT NO. 2021-2737,
AND RECORD SURVEYS (R1), (R2), WHICH ARE PRIOR SURVEYS DONE BY SUN
COUNTRY ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING THAT DETERMINED THE BOUNDARY OF
