SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust and monument the common lines between Tracts of land, Located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 15 South, Range 13 East, Willamette Meridian, City of Redmond, Deschutes County, Oregon, described in Document NO. 2015-3940 and 2015-47798. The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found on the West right of way of 31ST Street per (R1). The Northeast corner of Lot 2 was replaced on this line at the record distance on (R1) from the corner to the North. Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
