I, Kevin James Blakley, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No.
69432 in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under
my direct supervision have made a survey of the lands shown on this
plat of survey and further certify that said lands were correctly
surveyed according to State Statutes and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to re-establish the Northeast corner of
Lot 52, Ni-Lah-Sha, Phases 2 and 3, Deschutes County, Oregon.
Control for this survey was based on the plat of Ni-Lah-Sha, Phases 2
and 3, recorded as CS13822, and existing monuments found during the
course of this survey from said plat. Basis of bearings for this survey
is the West line of Lot 52 per said plat of Ni-Lah-Sha, Phases 2 and
3. All monuments were held during the course of this survey.
Proportionate measurement method was then used to re-establish the
said Northeast corner of said Lot 52. Monuments found and set during
the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
