Containing 25,995 square feet, more or less. SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE The purpose of this survey was to partition that parcel described in the "SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". Control for this survey was based on the plat of Chuckanut East Phase I by Edgar W. Graves, filed as CS06374, a survey by Fred A. Ast Jr, filed as CS06375, and existing monuments found during the course of this survey from said surveys. Basis of bearings are based upon the Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS), Bend —Redmond —Prineville Zone, NAD83 (2011) epoch 2010.00, on a measurement on the North line of Lots 6 and 7, being North 89°53'51" East, as shown hereon this survey map. Basis of Bearings determined by RTK (Real Time Kinematic) observation from the Oregon Real Time GNSS Network (ORGN). All record monuments on Lot 7 were found except for the Northwest corner and the point of curvature on the South line. The Northwest corner of said Lot 7 was re—established by proportionate measurement between the Northwest corner of Lot 6 and the Northeast corner of Lot 7. The point of curvature on the South line of said Lot 7 was re—established by holding an (R2) monument on the South right—of—way line of Silver Sage, along with a record 60.00 foot right—of—way, perpendicular to a line from the Southwest corner of said Lot 7. All boundary lines were then established by holding all record monuments and those positions re—established as stated above. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey plat. DECLARATION KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MICHAEL ROBERT GORMAN and DENISE GORMAN, as tenants by the entirety, have caused said lands to be surveyed and partitioned into two separate parcels in accordance with the provisions of O.R.S.
