THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PARTITION THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN
THE "SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE" AND RECORDED DEED 2021-68988. CONTROL
FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON THE NOTED RECORD SURVEYS, AND EXISTING
MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY.
THE BASIS OF BEARING FOR THIS SURVEY WAS THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 19
BETWEEN THE NORTHEAST SECTION CORNER AND THE EAST ONE -QUARTER
