THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE
BETWEEN TAX LOTS 151316AB12400 AND 151316AB12500. SAID TAX LOTS ARE BEING
ADJUSTED PER PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT APPROVED BY THE CITY OF
REDMOND PER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND DECISION PROJECT NUMBER
711-23-000163-PLNG DATED JULY 27, 2023.
TAX LOT 12400 CONSISTS OF A PORTION OF PARCEL 2, PARTITION PLAT NO.
1995-51(0), A PORTION OF LOT 6 AND LOTS 7-12, BLOCK 27, AND A PORTION OF THE
VACATED ALLEY, BLOCK 27, TOWNSITE OF REDMOND. TAX LOT 12500 CONSISTS OF
PARCEL 1 AND A PORTION OF PARCEL 2, PARTITION PLAT NO. 1995-51(r1). THE
PROPERTIES WERE ADJUSTED BY SUBSEQUENT PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
SHOWN ON SURVEY NO. CS13187(r2) AND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT SHOWN ON
SURVEY NO. CS20909(r3).
A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT WAS PREVIOUSLY DONE BY OUR OFFICE AND FILED
AS CS20909(r3). MONUMENTS WERE HELD PER THAT SURVEY FOR TAX LOT 121500.
TAX LOT 12400 WAS ESTABLISHED BY RETRACING BLOCK 27 OF TOWNSITE OF
REDMOND(r4), PARTITION PLAT 1995-51(0) AND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
SURVEY CS13187(r2). NO ADDITIONAL MONUMENTS WERE FOUND WITHIN BLOCK 27
PER SAID SURVEYS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CENTERLINE MONUMENTS ALONG
7TH STREET. THOSE MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AND HELD TO CONTROL THE
PERIMETER OF BLOCK 27 AS SHOWN. THE REMAINING INTERIOR BOUNDARIES WERE
ESTABLISHED BY PROPORTIONAL MEASUREMENTS AS SHOWN.
MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE CORNERS AND THE
REMAINING EXTERIOR CORNERS WHERE MISSING.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE
SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME
GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED
COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS
