TO DETERMINE IT'S POSITION I HELD THE ORIGINAL 1/2" REBAR AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TAX LOT AND THE FOUND 1/2" DIA. REBAR FOR THE N. 1/16 CORNER THAT IS ALSO THE TRUE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TAX LOT 600. THE POINT TO SET IS ON THE AFORESAID LINE AT A DISTANCE OF 630.03' FROM POINT 103 THUS GIVING THE RIGHT OF WAY EXACTLY 30 FEET. NOTE THAT THERE IS A GAP OF 1.3' +/- BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF TAX LOT 600 AND THE NORTH LINE OF PONDEROSA PINES EAST. IT IS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SURVEY TO TRYAND RECTIFY THIS SITUATION SO I CHOSE THE SURVEY TAX LOT 600 BY HOLDING THE FOUND REBAR PER R1 ALONG WITH THE CALLS IN DEED 2017-046392. LEGEND FOUND A 1/2" DIA.
