NO. PLPLAM20230352 TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 4 & 5, BLOCK 5, WILLIAMSON PARK. THAT PROPERTY
CONVEYED TO LINDSAY WILEY AND BRETT WILEY, IN BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED AUGUST 14, 2017, IN BOOK 2017, PAGE
31897, (D1) DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS (D1) IS DESCRIBED AS LOT 4, AND A PORTION OF LOT 6, BLOCK 5,
WILLIAMSON PARK. THAT PORTION OF LOT 6 DESCRIBED IN (D1) WAS CONVEYED VIA A QUITCLAIM DEED (D3). FOR THE PURPOSES
OF THE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT TRACT "A" ONLY INCLUDES LOT 4, BLOCK 5, WILLIAMSON PARK BEFORE THE ADJUSTMENT

WE HELD THE EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND AS SHOWN. WE HELD THE MONUMENTS AT THE ENDS OF CURVE (Cl) AND THE
RECORD RADIUS. WE HELD THIS CURVE RADIUS AND THE RECORD CURVE LENGTH TO ESTABLISH CURVE (C2).
ALTHOUGH THE DISTANCES MEASURED BETWEEN MONUMENTS FOR THE SOUTH LINES OF LOTS 3 & 4 MEASURE SHORT/LONG FROM
RECORD DISTANCES WE HELD THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE SW CORNER OF LOT 4 AS IT FIT REASONABLY WELL WITH THE
EXISTING FENCE LINE BETWEEN LOTS 3 & 4 AS SHOWN IN DETAIL "A".
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS
LOT 11 WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE STATIONS (INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS) WITH SP80
SPECTRA PRECISION GPS. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS POINTS USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE DESCHUTES 13
TRANSFORMATION USES A MOLODENKSY TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
