SURVEYS INCLUDED PARTITION PLAT NO. 1994-11 (CS11774) AND LLA 22-03104 (CS21116).
THE PARENT PARCEL IS DESCRIBED BY A RECENT DEED PER LLA 22-04 RECORDED AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 2023-08784. FOUND MONUMENTS PER THAT PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT BY
ME WERE RECOVERED AND HELD AS SHOWN HEREON TO CONTROL ALL ORIGINAL PARCEL
