TOGETHER WITH ADDITIONAL PROPERTY. BOTH TAX LOTS ARE SHOWN ON CORRECTION WARRANTY
DEED RECORDED JUNE 11, 2010, INST. NO.2010-22916.
THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID TAX LOTS WERE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY HICKMAN WILLIAMS AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. PER RECORD OF SURVEY CS18768(r1) AND RECORD OF SURVEY CS18796(r2). ALL
FOUND MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREON WERE HELD. THE MEASURED DISTANCES BETWEEN FOUND
MONUMENTS AGREED WITH RECORD DISTANCES. PER THIS SURVEY MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE
CORNERS OF THE ADJUSTED LINES PER THE APPROVED LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT PLPLAM20230446.
