NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DETERMINE THE BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE, SAID PROPERTY BEING PARCEL 2, PARTITION
PLAT NO. 2021-14 RECORDED IN DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS AND TO
DEFINE CONDOMINIUM UNITS FOR "ARETE, A CONDOMINIUM", AS SHOWN HEREON IN
COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 100 OF OREGON REVISED STATUTES.
THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARY OF SAID PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED FROM THE FOUND
MONUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CORRESPONDING RECORD AND MEASURED
DATA SHOWN IN THE TABLE OF REFERENCES. ALL OF THE CORNERS FOR SAID
