OFFICIAL RECORDS, INTO PARCELS.

THE NORTH PORTION OF THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF HUNTINGTON ROAD WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENT 103
PER R1 AND MONUMENT 104 PER R4. THE SOUTH PORTION OF SAID RIGHT OF WAY WAS HELD TO THE RECORD RADIUS OF THE
CURVE PER R4 RUNNING TANGENT FROM THE ABOVE BOUNDARY AND SOUTH FROM MONUMENT 104 TO MEET THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINE ESTABLISHED BELOW.
NORTH BOUNDARY
THE NORTH BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENT 116 PER R4 AND EXTENDED TO THE WEST BOUNDARY AT
RECORD DISTANCE NORTH FROM MONUMENT 104 PER R4.
CRESCENT CREEK DRIVE
CRESCENT CREEK DRIVE WAS CREATED IN THE DEED OF DEDICATION RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 2018-41944, DESCHUTES COUNTY
OFFICIAL RECORDS. THE EASTERLY PORTION OF THIS DEDICATION FOLLOWS THE WEST LINE OF LOT 9 OF NEWBERRY
NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 2. MONUMENTS 111, 112, 115 AND 116 REPRESENT THE BEST EVIDENCE OF THE LOCATION OF SAID LINE.
THESE MONUMENTS PER R4 WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION AND FIT WITHIN REASONABLE TOLERANCES WITH THE RECORD
INFORMATION. CURVES C8 AND C7 WERE HELD TANGENT TO THEIR ADJACENT LINES AT RECORD RADII PER R4. NO
MONUMENTATION WAS FOUND ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY SOUTHWESTERLY OF MONUMENT 111. 1 OFFSET THIS ROW 90.00 FEET

LENGTH OF CURVE C1 PER R4. I THEN HELD 105 PER R4. THESE MONUMENTS WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION AND FIT WITHIN
