THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF
BLOCK 6, BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY
CORNER OF LOT 11 AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 9, WITH THE
BEARING TAKEN FROM THE PLAT OF FIFTH ADDITION TO WEST HILLS (R1).
